Refund Policy

2. Payments made to Reconciliation Tool are used for various services such as monthly return filing subscription, yearly return filing subscription, data transfer charges, data conversion charges. Reconciliation Tool will refund unutilized balance to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days upon receipt of the refund request.
